This guide explains how to watch Live Q&A sessions, access replays, and submit questions for both Sounds True ONE Membership and digital courses.
Sounds True ONE Membership: Live Q&A Access
Watching Live Sessions
- Log in to the Sounds True ONE app or website.
- Select the Live Q&A session link.
- A Zoom room will open for the live event.
Submitting Questions During the Session
- Use the chat box in Zoom to ask your questions during the live session.
Watching On-Demand Recordings
- If you miss a session, it will be available in the On Demand section of the app or website.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the recording to appear.
Digital Courses: Live Q&A Access
Watching Q&A Recordings
- Go to your course from your Digital Library.
- Click “Go To Course.”
- Navigate to the Live Q&A tab within the course.
- View available recordings and upcoming session times.
- Recordings are typically available within 24–48 hours after the live broadcast.
Digital Courses: Submitting Questions in Advance
- A Q&A submission form is available approximately 2 weeks before each Live Q&A session.
- To access the form:
- Open your course from your Digital Library
- Navigate to the Q&A section within the course lessons
- Submit your question through the form

Questions are selected from all submissions, so inclusion is not guaranteed.
