What happens to the points if a refund is requested?
- The points gained from a purchase will be subtracted from the point total if a refund is requested. If the points have already been redeemed and used on an order a refund may result in a negative point balance.

How do points round depending on the nearest whole dollar?
- Points will round down.

Why am I not seeing my points after signing up for the Happy Birthday offer?
- If your birthday is within the next 30 days, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.

What type of products can be purchased using the loyalty points?
- Most products can be purchased using the points, however, there are some exceptions. See Sounds True’s Full Promotional Details.

How do I refer a friend?
- You can go to our Refer a Friend page and follow the steps to refer. Give your friends $10.00 USD off on their first order of $100 USD or more and get $10.00 USD (in points) for each successful referral.

Why am I not receiving points if I make a purchase using a gift card?
- When placing an order using a Sounds True gift card points are not provided. Loyalty points can be earned by purchasing with a credit or debit card.

Why am I not receiving points if I purchase an Event or In-Depth program?
- Events and In-Depth Programs are excluded from the Loyalty Program.

Will I receive points with my Sounds True One membership?
- Yes, Your Sounds True ONE membership is eligible to earn Loyalty Program Points including reoccurring payments.

Can I use points to purchase my Sounds True One membership?
- No, using Loyalty Program points is not redeemable for the membership.

Why am I not receiving points if I purchased an online course using a payment plan?
- Please connect with Customer Service and we will be happy to assist once the payment plan obligation has been satisfied.
