  • Do loyalty points expire?
    • Points never expire
  • What happens to the points if a refund is requested? 
    • The points gained from a purchase will be subtracted from the point total if a refund is requested. If the points have already been redeemed and used on an order a refund may result in a negative point balance.
  • How do points round depending on the nearest whole dollar? 
    • Points will round down.
  • Why am I not seeing my points after signing up for the Happy Birthday offer? 
    • If your birthday is within the next 30 days, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.
  • How do I refer a friend? 
    • You can go to our Refer a Friend page and follow the steps to refer. Give your friends $10.00 USD off on their first order of $100 USD or more and get $10.00 USD (in points) for each successful referral.
  • Why am I not receiving points if I make a purchase using a gift card?
    • When placing an order using a Sounds True gift card points are not provided. Loyalty points can be earned by purchasing with a credit or debit card.
  • Why am I not receiving points if I purchase an Event or In-Depth program? 
    • Events and In-Depth Programs are excluded from the Loyalty Program.
  • Will I receive points with my Sounds True One membership?
    • Yes, Your Sounds True ONE membership is eligible to earn Loyalty Program Points including reoccurring payments.
  • Can I use points to purchase my Sounds True One membership?
    • No, using Loyalty Program points is not redeemable for the membership.
  • Why am I not receiving points if I purchased an online course using a payment plan? 
    • Please connect with Customer Service and we will be happy to assist once the payment plan obligation has been satisfied.  
  • What do I need to do if I want to merge email accounts into one main account and keep my points? 
    • Please contact our customer service team to have them assist you in merging multiple email accounts into one main account so we can assure you keep all your points.
