You can easily access and review your past purchases through your Sounds True account. This guide walks you through how to view your order history and request a copy if needed.
How to View Your Order History
Follow these steps to locate your orders:
- Log in to your account on SoundsTrue.com.
- Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard.
- Select Order History if it is not displayed automatically.
- Find the order you want to review and click on the order number for full details.
Note:
If you do not see your order history right away, you may see options such as:
- Order History
- Address Book
- Payment Plans
Additionally, accessing My Library or Membership may require email verification before you can log in.
How to Get a Copy of Your Order
If you need a copy of your order confirmation:
- Order confirmations are automatically sent via email immediately after purchase.
- Be sure to check your inbox, spam, or junk folders if you don’t see it.
If you’re unable to locate your confirmation:
- Contact Customer Service at support@soundstrue.com
- Our team can resend your confirmation or provide a paid invoice with the same details
Please note: Original order confirmations cannot be modified.
Important Information About Membership Purchases
If you do not have an existing SoundsTrue.com account but have purchased a Sounds True ONE Membership:
- Refer to your original confirmation email for your purchase details and payment information
