How do I cancel my Sounds True One membership?
If you signed up for the Sounds True One membership you can cancel at any time.
- To cancel your subscription, please login to your Sounds True One account on a desktop computer.
- Select Settings > Your profile > Membership > Cancel Membership
Monthly and yearly membership cancellations will have access to the subscription until the end of your specific term when canceled after 30 days.
SOUNDS TRUE ONE MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS
If purchased directly from Sounds True website:
- We allow refunds for up to 30 days from the initial subscription date.
- Please email membership@soundstrue.com with the following email subject line:
"SOUNDS TRUE ONE MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS"
Please make sure to provide the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Order number (if available)
- Postal code
- Phone number or email
- Reason for requesting a refund
If purchased directly from Google Play, Apple, or other Third Party:

Please note:
Memberships purchased through Google Play or Apple must be canceled on your device within the area you manage your subscriptions on all device applications.
