Watch or Listen to Your Digital Content

Sounds True is excited we are phasing into a new digital library experience.    You can still access the classic view current experience at or explore our new enhanced experience with the improved Sounds True mobile app.

New Digital Library Experience (Available starting Sept 29, 2022)

To access your digital content, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into Sounds True One Login by adding your personal email address and click continue with email to send a temporary 6 digit access code to your personal email
  2. Login to your personal email account to obtain your temporary verification access code
  3. Enter the temporary verification code you received on the ST One Login Page
  4. Once you enter your code, you will be successfully logged in!   Navigate to MY LIBRARY and enjoy our new enhanced digital experience!

Classic View via website - (Available Now)

To access your digital content, please follow the instructions below:

  • Click on Library at the top of the screen and enter your email address and password.
  • If you do not remember the email address you used to set up your account, please contact Customer Service. Please do not create a new account, as the email address is linked to your old account, which holds your library and purchase history.

  • If you do not see your program listed under Recently Added, please scroll down to view All Items.
  • Once you select the program, select:
    • Go To Course for Online Courses
    • Play for Audio or Video programs
    • Open Book for eBooks
    • Get Credit for CE Credits

How to access STO offline:

  • Please click the 3 small dots on one of your library items available for download
  • Select “Make Available Offline”
  • When you open the app offline a message will appear showing the items you’ve downloaded
  • You can then enjoy your items offline
  • You can also click the same 3 dots to remove the items later by selecting (Remove from Device).
