Password Support

This guide explains how to activate your account as a new customer, reset your password, and access your Sounds True ONE Membership.

 

New Customers: Activating Your Account

After completing your purchase:

  1. Check your order confirmation email, the subject says "Finish setting up your Sounds True acccount".
  2. Follow the instructions provided to create a password.
  3. Once your password is set, your account will be activated and your order history will be available.

 

Existing Customers: Resetting Your Password

Resetting your password allows you to access your account, view your order history, and manage payment plans.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Sounds True Login/Register page.
  2. Click “Forgot your password?” (below the password field).
  3. Enter your email address and select Submit.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your inbox, spam, or junk folders.

If you do not receive the reset email or cannot remember which email you used, please contact Customer Service.

 

Password Requirements

Your password must include:

  • At least 8 characters
  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number
  • One special character

Supported special characters:
^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? ! @ % & / \ | _ ~ `

 

Accessing Your Digital Library

After logging in:

  • Go to your Order History
  • Click My Library
  • Follow the prompts to access your content

 

Important Notice

If you do already have an account, please do not create a new account, as your email address is linked to your digital library and purchase history.

 

Sounds True ONE Membership Access

If you have a Sounds True ONE Membership, you do not need to reset your password to access your account.

To log in:

  1. Open the Sounds True ONE website or mobile app.
  2. Enter the email address used for your membership.
  3. Click “Continue with email.”
  4. Check your email for a 6-character verification code.
  5. Enter the code to access your account.

Tip: Check your inbox, spam, or junk folders if you don’t see the email.
