New Customers

After you checkout, please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email to create a password to activate your account and reflect your order history. 

Existing Customers - Password reset

Changing your password directs you to see your order history and manage payment plans. To access your digital library from the order history screen, click My Library and follow the prompts.  

    • Click “Login/Register” on the Sounds True website login page
    • Select “Forgot your password?” (underneath the Password field)
    • Enter your email address and press “Submit” 
    • You will receive an email to reset your password.
      • Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folders. If you do not remember the email address you used to set up your account or do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, please email Customer Service
    • Password requirements.
        • Eight or more characters
        • At least one uppercase letter
        • At least one lowercase letter
        • At least one number
        • At least one special character
          • Supported Special Characters: ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? ! @ % & / \ | _ ~ `

Important: Please do not create a new account as the email address holds your Digital Library and purchase history.

 

Sounds True One Membership

Once you sign up for Sounds True One Membership or app, you will never need to reset your password to access your Digital Library.  Simply follow the instructions below to obtain a verification access code.

  1. Click here to open the Sounds True One Membership website login page or open the App.
  2. Enter the email address used to sign up for your Sounds True One Membership, and click on the button "continue with email".
  3. Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folder for an email with a 6-character verification code to gain access to your Sounds True One Membership account.
