Update Payment Method for a Payment Plan

Update a Payment Plan:

• 1. Login to your Sounds True account
  2. On the “My Account” page scroll down to "Payment Plan", click on "Manage Payment Plan"
  3. Once the page loads, click "Payment Plans"
  4. Click on Billing Information

If you have a card on file:

• • • Click on Billing Information, to the right of Payment Method, click on the arrow.
    • Enter the new credit card information (please only enter numbers, no dashes or spaces)
    • Click “Update Card” once all information is entered

If you do not have a card on file:

• • • In Billing Information, click on “Add Card”.
    • Enter the new credit card information (please only enter numbers, no dashes or spaces)
    • Click “Update Card” once all information is entered
