3. To access the shop please click on "My Library"
4. You will then select the "Shop" tab
5. You will be redirected to soundstrue.com to make purchases from our many offerings
Access your digital purchases:
1. Sign in by visiting one.soundstrue.com OR downloading the app on your iOS or ANDROID mobile device.
2. Enter the email address that you used to purchase your product.
3. Login with the access code you receive from us via email. Please check your inbox as well as spam or junk folders.
4. Once you are logged in then go to “My Library” to find your product.
5. Select the action button: Go to Course, Listen Now, Watch Now, Read Now, or Get Credit.
Soundstrue.com website purchases:
- Go to soundstrue.com, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, and click add to cart.
- Once all items have been added to your cart, click checkout.
- Select a shipping method if the item is a physical item shipping to you.
- Physical items are only available in the US and Canada.
- If the item is a digital item, it will appear in your Sounds True Digital Library after purchase
- Review your billing and shipping address information, then click “Continue to payment”
- The last step is to click “COMPLETE ORDER."
- Once this option is selected, no changes can be made to the order.
Order History and Payment Details:
- Go to soundstrue.com, and select the person icon to log in
- Once logged in, you will select “My Account”
- Followed by “Order History”
- Your order numbers, date of purchase, and order totals will be listed
