Guest Checkout - Password Instructions
For guest checkout, please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email, as these steps will activate your account and grant you access to your content.
Password Reset Instructions (non-guest checkout):
- Click “Login/Register”
- Select “Forgot your password?” (underneath the Password field)
- Enter your email address and press “Submit”
Note:
You will receive an email within a few minutes with a verification code to reset your password. Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folders. If you do not remember the email address you used to set up your account, please contact Customer Service.
If you do not receive the verification email, please add the following email address as a contact in your address book: support@store.soundstrue.com.
Important: Please do not create a new account, as the email address is linked to your old account, which holds your Digital Library and purchase history.
Password requirements:
- Eight or more characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
